Motor sirens - electronically generated sound
This siren generates the sound electronically, and sounds like an old motor-driven siren. Consumption 80mA. Requires a 12VDC power supply.
A siren is a device - a sounder which emits a sound to alert, e.g. unwanted intrusion.
The siren is intended to stress the burglar, so that the thief quickly leaves the property - both because of the unpleasant sound level, but also for fear that the sound will attract the attention of people in the property or from the vicinity of the property.

Consumption 80mA. Our SSI300 and SSI400 alarm can draw up to 300mA. It is therefore possible to connect several sirens of this type to the control panel.
The siren requires a 12VDC supply (not included).
