Voltage control with relay 12V

This product can monitor power supplies and interrupt battery backup before the battery goes completely flat. Can also be used to activate the relay when the voltage level is too low and thereby notify external equipment that the power supply is going down.

You can also ask the relay to activate within e.g. 3-5 volts (functions 4 and 5).

Supply : 12vdc +/-10%

Measuring range: 0-99.9 volts

Function 1 : voltage meter only

Function 2 : relay activates at X volts and deactivates at Y volts

Function 3 : relay deactivates at X volts and activates at Y volts

Function 4: only within the voltage range XY is the relay active

Function 5: outside the voltage range XY, the relay is active.

Note, in the programming P1 = X and P2 =Y.

With P3, you can adjust the voltage that the unit measures (calibrates).

If you need a module that can be connected to 24-28 volts, write or call for more information.

Ex. on programming, relay must pull at below 12.2 volts. (F4 P1=12.2 P2=00.0)

• hold SET down
• When it is in the menu, press SET one more time
• Press SWI 4 times to go to function 4
• Press SET
• Press SWI - Switch to voltage range 1 - P1 (when relay should release)
• Press SET
• Use the +/- keys to adjust up and down, change character with the SWI key
• Press SET
• Press SWI - switch to voltage range 2 - P2 (when relay pulls)
• Use the +/- keys to adjust up and down, change character with the SWI key
• Press SET
• Use the +/- keys to adjust up and down, change character with the SWI key
• Hold down the SET key to exit the menu
• If necessary, press once on the SET key to turn off the display.

If the voltage meter does not fit with your voltmeter, you can adjust the voltage in P3.
