You can delete all devices by holding down the encoding button for more than 8 seconds.

There are 4 relays on the receiver which can be connected to weak current and strong current, you have to install the relay voltage yourself on the COM terminals - before anything can come out of the relays.

You have to open the box to get to the encoding button - or drill a hole yourself so that you can program new keys.
