The device registers cards and tokens at a reading distance of up to 5 cm, and the LED lamp (red/green) indicates permitted or denied access. Furthermore, it can be set up to require a pin code as well, and this feature can further be timed.
The reader is delivered assembled with a cable, which makes it easy to install. The device requires a 6-14 V DC power supply.
