Smart small magnetic switch with assault pressure and LED indicator for 433 MHz wireless alarm systems.

Use and location

The magnetic switch is mounted on door or window frames and warns of unwanted intrusion when the two parts of the switch are separated. The switch is encoded with a unique code, which ensures that the signal between the parts of the magnetic switch cannot be replaced in an attempt at vandalism. The larger part is also equipped with a tamper button so that it cannot be immediately removed from the frame without triggering the alarm.

In the event of an alarm, a message is sent to the control panel. The magnetic switch's LED indicator lights up when an alarm or sabotage activity is activated.

The larger part of the switch with LED indicator and assault button must be mounted, with the supplied bracket, on the fixed frame of the window or door. The narrow part, the magnet, must be mounted on the frame/edge of the moving part - i.e. on the door or window itself. There must be a maximum distance of 6 mm between the two parts and the magnet (the narrow part) must sit next to the attack button.

Batteries

The magnetic switch requires 3 pcs. AAA batteries (included). The device sends a message to the control panel when the battery is low. In the event of a low battery notification, it is recommended to replace the batteries as soon as possible - preferably within a week. It is recommended to replace the batteries once a year.

NOTE: After changing the battery, the magnetic switch will be in test mode. Approx. 5 minutes after the switch is closed, it will automatically switch to normal mode.
